By accessing or using Reekolect, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

1.2 Account
Users must provide accurate, current information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

1.3 License
To Use Reekolect grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the Platform for personal use.

1.4 Restrictions
You may not use Reekolect to: - Exploit, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform - Collect or harvest user data -Compete with Reekolect’s core services

1.5 Termination
Reekolect reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, or at the user’s request.

1.6 Limitation of Liability
Reekolect is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user (if any) within the last 12 months.

1.7 Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be governed by Florida law. Users agree to binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, FL.

1.8 Updates to Terms

Reekolect may revise these Terms periodically. 

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
