Content and DMCA Policy

1.1 User Responsibility
Users must use their real names and are responsible for all content they upload, including text, photos, and voice recordings. You agree not to upload any illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing materials.

1.2 Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content but grant Reekolect a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and
display your materials for platform functionality.

1.3 Prohibited Content
The following are strictly prohibited: - Hate speech, harassment, or threats - Explicit sexual or violent content - Impersonation or misrepresentation - Uploading or distributing malicious software or spam.

1.4 DMCA Procedure
If you believe your copyrighted material has been used without authorization, send a DMCA-compliant notice to legal@reekolect.com with your contact details, description of the content, and statement of good faith belief.

1.5 Removal and Appeals
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that violates our policy. Users may appeal decisions by contacting our moderation team.
 

1.6 Repeat Infringer Policy

Reekolect reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
